 * I want to have a ticker as part of my title (I currently have one from tickerfactory.
   com on my blogspot blog). Is that possible?

 * Okay. I found my theme’s header.php but I can only browse and not edit. Do I 
   need to choose a different theme? I’m using WordPress Classic.
