After putting shortcode on page. the ticker says to “Please make sure you have enabled news ticker” Can’t find any way to “Enable” The ticker is “active”. Not sure this is the same thing.
The free version of the ticker worked fine. But when I uninstalled the free version and installed the premium version the ticker won’t work at all.
Also, tried logging into your support on your own website and could not log in. Clicked forgot password and no email was sent. so I am unable to reset the password and log into ‘my account’.

Thanks for contacting us and for purchasing our plugin. When you click on Forgot Password, it’ll ask you to enter the email address you used to register in our website to purchase the plugin. Enter the email address and click on Submit button. You will get a link in your email to reset the password. Then you will be asked for the security question you setup while registering. After correctly entering the security question answer, you can reset the password. If you forgot the security question answer also, then you have to give me the email address you used to register in our website. I’ll send you the security question’s answer on your mail.
Now come to your issue. There is an option named as, Show in Homepage Only. Make sure that you used it correctly. If your ticker is not in homepage but you mark the checkbox, then ticker will not work. If this is not the case, then I need the login access in your WP admin to check the settings there. For that, you have to login to our website and open a ticket there.
I appreciate your reply. But since your system doesn’t send the email, your answer to my not being able to login doesn’t help at all.
As to the answer to the problem, the Show in Homepage Only is not the issue. That is not checked. I don’t want the ticker to show only on the Homepage.
Unfortunately, giving someone access to my admin backend that I have no familiarity with is not in my best interest. If your plugin doesn’t work and you can’t trouble shoot it on your end then your plugin isn’t worth the money I wasted on it. I found a reliable plugin (Live News) that works just fine without any troubles.
If you are willing to refund my money I will leave a good review. If not I’ll leave a 1 star review. I have removed your plugin since it won’t work.
The ticker is absolutely working fine in all my testing sites. First I need to know if you setup it correctly? That’s why I was asking for the access. Cause, without this it is difficult for anyone to give you a proper solution. That’s why we have a dedicated support team for our paid users. Unfortunately, you forgot the password and blaming that you are not able to reset it!! I have checked the password reset system more than once after your complain. I was able to reset the password. Maybe the email you provided is unreachable or something else.
I have checked your site from the given URL and found few bugs in your website. We give six months free support to our paid users from the date you purchased the plugin. So, I can help you to make the plugin workable in your site as well as others few issues. If you purchased a plugin from marketplace like Codecanyon, their plugin author will also ask for the login access if needed. We are here to do a good business with our clients.
Now, you are blackmailing me by threatening to give a bad rating!! Don’t you think it’s getting a little harsh? You can contact me via WhatsApp and the number is available in our website. According to our refund policy, you have to give us a chance to resolve the issue. The plugin may not always be at fault. Sometimes, other plugins or your theme can interfere with a plugin. If I fail to solve the problem, I will definitely refund you. Hope you give me a chance to solve the problem before that. Also confirm your identity to me. Not blackmail at all. Just stating a fact. Your plugin doesn’t work as your lack of getting support tickets resolved proves. It shouldn’t be a big deal for you to refund my money since you are not able to fix your plugin. I have filed with Paypal to get my money back. It’s really not about the money because $15 is so small an amount but it is the principle of the matter. If your were a legitimate business you would have absolutely no problem refunding my money. But because your website is a scam and there is no working contact page or support email and you are refusing to refund my money you need to be taught the proper way to do business.
I did leave a 1 star review like I said would happen. I also have filed with Paypal for my money back.
If you choose to do the right thing from a business standpoint, I will upgrade my review and will reply to this thread again stating how it was resolved.
I have dealt with many plugins in the past and whenever I have had problems the plugin writer has NEVER needed to have access to my back end. By giving access to the back end defeats all security. You do NOT need access. you need to properly write code so that the plugin doesn’t have so many problems working. Having so many people ask about getting the plugin working and ALWYAS you ask for access to their back end is a theme with you. Something that screams scam.
Please do the right thing from a business standpoint and refund my money.
You completely misunderstood me and complained about so many things about my company!!
First of all our website is not a scam website. We are using WHMCS licensed version and it is world renowned company. You can easily check whether it is WHMCS licensed version or not by going to their site.
Secondly, our 2000+ clients are using our services without any objection. The paid version of this plugin is being used by more than 200 of my clients. The plugin is perfectly working on their site. And, every day we have been supporting numerous clients without any hassle.
As you expect good support from us, we also expect good cooperation from you. Without it, the communication gap with clients increases. Since you are not cooperating with us in any way, it has made our support work difficult.
You told me that the paid version is not working. This means, you already have our product and you must downloaded it by login to our website. Apart from this there is no other option to get the paid version. But, you are complaining that you forgot your password! Then, how you downloaded the paid version? So, I can guess that you are not telling the truth! $15 matters to you and you want it back in anyway!
Every online business has a refund policy and the refund policy in digital market is quite different than others. Here, once the product is gone, there is no option to return it. Even then, we have given 30 days money back offer. Where, it is provided that refunds will not be given only in the attitude of no longer intending to use. You should give it at least one chance to solve it. You will get a refund only if we fail. And, you bought the plugin by accepting them. Now you have broken the contract without any cooperation!
Finally, I didn’t say I wouldn’t pay you back. Before that I was requesting you to give us a chance to resolve the issue. Also told you to confirm your identity by telling us your registered name in our website, cause I need to know who to refund? $15 is not really an issue for us. If I knew who to refund, I would have already refunded. Since you have not used your registered name here, it is not possible for me to identify you. This plugin was purchased by four people on February 11, 2023. It is not possible to know which of them you are. Hope you understand.
