• I did not choose to install this plugin on my WordPress site—it appeared one day without my consent. While it was functional, it provided some value, but now it’s heavily restricted unless I upgrade to the paid version. I dislike the bait-and-switch approach: offering a free version only to limit its functionality later unless you pay for the premium version.
    p.s.
I’m confident there are—or eventually will be—other plugins that offer the same features for free.

    Hi @pigeontarot,

I am very confused about how you could have gotten our plugin installed on your website automatically. Can you please provide some additional information about where your website is hosted? Are there people other than you who have administrator access to your website who could have installed it?

We don’t have any partnership with any companies who auto-install our plugin, so that is quite mysterious.

Also, can you please clarify what you mean by: “the bait-and-switch approach: offering a free version only to limit its functionality later unless you pay for the premium version.” We don’t have any functionality in our plugin that is open for a time and then disappears if you don’t purchase a premium version.

Is it possible that you are writing a review of the wrong plugin?

    Thank you!
