 * Thanks for using the Yoast SEO plugin. The thumbnail is showing in the structured
   data output because you uploaded a featured image to the homepage. This is not
   an issue; otherwise, you would have seen an error regarding that.

 * Thank you very much for your reply, but there are many websites which have photos
   on their home page but they do not face this problem.

 * From the screenshot you shared from schema validator, it shows _0 error, 0 warning_
   that indicates there is no schema related error on your site.
 * Are you trying to remove the thumbnailURL? Can you kindly elaborate on what you
   are trying to achieve by removing thumbnailURL?

   for the homepage.
