# Thumbnails problem

 * Hello everyone!
 * I’d like to display thumbnails for each post on my homepage, but they just wont
   appreal.

 * What should i do? Can anybody explain me step-by-step it?

 * From the theme’s readme.txt:
 *  *** HOW TO PLACE THUMBNAILS INTO YOUR POSTS ***
 *  – This is REQUIRED when writing a post and pages:
    – Click “Add image” under“
   Add Media”. – Choose your image and upload. – Thumbnails will be scaled to 125px
   by 125px. – Scroll down to the “Link URL” and copy the address of the image. –
   close the “Add Image” box by clicking the ‘x’ in the top right corner. – Scroll
   down to “Custom Fields” and click it to open the field. – Under ‘key’ type: thumbnail–
   Under ‘value’ paste the address of the image. For Example: [http://dot.com/wordpress/wp-content/uploads/2008/04/image.jpg](http://dot.com/wordpress/wp-content/uploads/2008/04/image.jpg)–
   Click ‘Update’.

 * Damn!:S
 * First, i dont have ” Add media “, i cant add image from there, :S
 * Second, i have Custom fields, but no ” Key “, only value
 * I tought wordpress is best 4 me, but i just cant get help from anybody. :S

 * Upload a image when editing or creating a Post and copy the url of the image.
   Add a custom field with the key “thumbnail” and value of the copied url.
