Thumbnails not showing up when sharing links on FB

Hello, I am having an issue with the correct thumbnail NOT showing when sharing the link to a blog post on Facebook or Linked In. I’m noticing it seems to be only newer posts that have videos in them that aren’t showing the proper thumbnail image when sharing. For instance if I share the following link: http://kerrizane.com/single-mom-thanksgivukkah/ the WRONG thumbnail shows. It’s showing the thumbnail of the video on the sidebar, instead of the thumbnail of the video in this actual post.

I am using Thesis on this site (and have already posted in their forum) and I have put the thumbnail image in the Thesis “Post Image” section (because the “Thumbnail Image” section is not working properly to make the “Teaser” posts show correctly on the homepage), as well as the WordPress “Featured Image” section. I’ve also installed a plugin that is supposed to allow you to share a link on Facebook and select the thumbnail to use. When looking in the edit section of the post, the thumbnail image shows correctly, as well as the featured image and post image, but it’s still not showing when sharing on Facebook.

But if I share an older post (one that was published before November and does not have a video in it) then the thumbnail shows properly, like this one: http://kerrizane.com/10-allergy-friendly-treats-for-halloween/ So could it be the fact that I have video code in the post? That seems odd that the video would cause the problem. I have the iframe embed code from Youtube in all of the November video blog posts. When you visit: http://kerrizane.com/ You will see the latest 3 are all videos (and there’s one more scheduled for Monday).

Can someone please give me some insight as to why these video blog posts are not showing the correct thumbnail when sharing on Facebook and Linked In? (You can test it out yourself by placing the link in your status area on FB or LI, and before you actually share it, the thumbnail will show up, so you can see what it will look like.)

I have been troubleshooting this for several days now with no success. I’ve changed the video codes (from the old Youtube embed code to the iframe which works better for viewing on mobile devices, but didn’t help this situation), added the thumbnail as the featured image, installed plugins that are supposed to help with this problem, even changed the type of picture being used (because the video thumbnails are screenshots, they were originally in PNG form but I changed them to JPG form and still no progress).

Any help on this will be appreciated! Thanks. And by the way, I have the most recent version of WordPress and this problem happened before and after updating.
