# Thumbnails not loading

 * Hi,
    The thumbnails are not loading on my page. I am using beaver builder and
   sometimes they show up when I am working on the page, but once I publish and 
   refresh the thumbnails never load.

 * The thumbnails shows up in preview but not on the page.
    When I put the php for
   theme file in the footer the thumbnails show up. So the php seems to work, but
   not the shortcode.

 * So it might be caused by the module you are adding the shortcode.
    As I see you
   are using a “rich text” module. Please use another module, such as HTML or shortcode,
   then insert the view shortcode there.

 * Ah, I thought you were on to something… I tried the html module and cleared the
   page cache and they showed up for a minute but then I refreshed the page and 
   they were gone again.

 * I tested it with Beaver builder and it works well in my end.
 * I suspect something on your website is causing this issue.
 * If you have a dev/test site, please try disabling other plugins, switch the theme
   and see if this fixes the issue.

 * I solved the issue.
    I am using the Zakra theme and in the theme customizer >
   Content Options, I selected “display on pages” under Featured Images.
