# Thumbnails not displayed

 * My WordPress version is 4.7.3
    Since I have updated the plugin, thumbnails are
   not displayed anymore.
 * Can you help?

 * You’ll have to provide some more details. “It stopped working” doesn’t say much,
   does it? 😛
 * So, please:
    1. Share your site’s URL.
    2. Share the names of the plugins currently installed and active on your site.
    3. Are you using the widget, the [[wpp] shortcode](https://github.com/cabrerahector/wordpress-popular-posts/wiki/1.-Using-WPP-on-posts-&-pages)
       and/or the [wpp_get_mostpopular() template tag](https://github.com/cabrerahector/wordpress-popular-posts/wiki/2.-Template-tags#wpp_get_mostpopular)?
    4. Share the configuration you’re using.

   look at the top of the right column) I use the wpp_get_mostpopular() tag in the
   template

 * WPP is trying to get the [Featured Image](https://developer.wordpress.org/themes/functionality/featured-images-post-thumbnails/)
   from your popular posts and pages and since it can’t find them then it displays
   the “No thumbnail” image.
 * Did you set a featured image for these posts?

 * The former developer didn’t use the featured image, that’s why it doesn’t work.
