Thumbnails gone – Media upload not working

    Hi,

    We’ve gone live with a website for our client a couple of days ago. It was all working fine but 1 or 2 days later the media uploader crashed. We get an HTTP error when uploading and all thumbnails are gone. I’ve tried to change the permissions of the wp-content/uploads folder but that doesn’t seem to work. I’ve also deactivated the plugins and now I can upload some images (even though it still gives and HTTP error) but it does appear in my media library sometimes, without a thumbnail however.

    How can we solve this?
