Thumbnails for YouTube Advanced

    Not a support issue but actually a feature request.

    For the YouTube and YouTube Advanced shortcodes would be nice to be able to an image thumbnail anchor instead of the video thumbnail. Or maybe a thumbnail that just launches a lightbox. A lot of YouTube shortcodes on a single post really slows down the page.
