  • @hgna thanks for reporting this.

The thumbs are part of the Youtube player, so this must be an issue with the Youtube Html5 player itself.

What do you get, just plain black thumbnails?

(sorry I don’t have access to iPad to test this)

Here’s an example from a screenshot taken from an ipad – This holds true for surfing the player via Safari or Chrome.

The post contains a side-by-side display of YouList, and Tubepress (another youtube playlist plugin).

Now, there is an ipad app called iSwifter
    https://itunes.apple.com/gb/app/iswifter-flash-web-browser/id388857173?mt=8

which is the only ipad browser that fully supports Flash, and it is in this browser alone that the YouList plugin shows the playlist fine.

Many thanks for your input and sorry for the super late reply.

The plugin is using the original YouTube player and any changes Google makes to their YouTube player will affect this plugin.

Their newest update seems to have removed the small thumbnails and now it’s displayed in a different way.

The ipad/iphone issue is therefore beond my control.

So we will have to wait and see where they are going with these changes … 😉
