thumbnails dont generate all the time

    It works some times and then it does not. i can press generate or random and it sits there when other times it works perfect like i did the other day but it’s not playing nice.

    Do you have FFMPEG installed on your server? If not, can you narrow down the problem to a particular video or a particular browser? If you switch to a different browser does the problem remain? If you don’t have FFMPEG the plug-in uses your browser’s video decoding to make thumbnails, so if the browser is having trouble loading and decoding a video either because of the video’s particular format or because it’s a very long video and takes a long time to load that could explain the problem.
