What version of Gallery Bank are you using?
If you are using any version prior to 2.0.18, i would recommend you to the latest version, as we have removed the timbthumb feature and introduced masonry layout.
Please let us know if you still cannot view your thumbnails and the link to your page.

Hi, I just purchased the pro version yesterday and the zip file I was sent is version 2.1.6 – which isn’t the latest version. I am having the same thumbnails not showing problem with this version. I am trying to contact the vendor but have heard nothing yet…

Interesting – still have not heard from the vendor regarding getting the current version of the pro software I paid for. But I deactivated the pro version and just installed the latest version of the free software (2.1.9) and it works fine…

Version 2.0.19 is the latest for Standard version which is available on WordPress and Version 2.1.6 is the latest for Pro Versions.
