# Thumbnails breaking

 * Hello,
 * I recently had problems with thumbnails breaking, going to an unknown image using
   document gallery, here is an example of a page with the issue:

 * Any quick fixes? I tried tunring the plugin on and off, and tried to turn off“
   fancy Use auto-generated document thumbnails.” and then turn it back on, but 
   I still have the same issues.

 * Can you please navigate to `Dashboard -> Settings -> Document Gallery -> Thumbnail
   Management tab` and delete all of the thumbnails, then try visiting the page 
   again?

 * hi Philip.
    i did that , delete all thumbs but it didn’t helped. it recreate 
   only on very first page where i first time use code `[dg]`. on the new one page
   it didn’t helped and it also disappear from visual type of post but in text code
   it is normally there `[dg]`.

 * Ok, my idea would be to disable all cache abilities on your site. Cache actually
   caused problems with my wordpress site and when I turned it off, all my problems
   stopped.

   where you have the document gallery, and go to the plain text view of your post,
   what is where the gallery should be?
