  • Love this theme!

I am wondering if there is a way to have 3 thumbnails across on homepage, etc instead of 4 on PC and 2 across on iPad in essence making each square larger (regular not featured size).

And I am wondering if there is a way to display the full (square) image as thumbnail instead of a zoomed-in version. I used the plugin you suggested “Regenerate Thumbnails” but they are still somewhat zoomed in.

Could these changes be done with code? I added the CSS you posted to my Jetpak style sheet editor to add a logo and it worked great. My site… http://www.doodlesandjots.com/

    Thanks! Ann

  • Actually the number of post thumbnails across is probably fine.

I would prefer my square (non-featured) post thumbnails to display uncropped or not zoomed in.

Is there a CSS code that will enable these to display as full images without the cropping or zooming-in?

I tried to research this myself but can’t seem to find a solution.

Ann, there’s no easy way to change the cropping. You can try to set your own post thumbnail size with a child theme, but note that Semicolon creates a rectangular thumbnail size and resizes it to square with pure CSS. This is made to allow two different sizes for featured posts and for regular ones.

Hmmm, okay, thanks for the response.
