Thumbnail size

Hello all,

Just wondered if anybody knew a way of setting a custom dimension for the post thumbnail picture. Just the image to the left-hand side of the preview. I’m a little OCD and would love them all to be the same size. website at http://www.slumpedinacorner.com, any help would be much appreciated.
