Thumbnail Preview form Website by URL – Plugin

Hello! In my new wordpress site i want integrate a gallery grid. Now i am searching for a plugin, that loads preview thumbnails from website, i defined by url.
Look Example: https://wordpress.org/themes/
When the user hovers over the thumbnail in the grid, he should click and go to the website on external link?

Does anybody know, a plugin or a theme, with this function?
