Thumbnail option for single Youtube video on home and archive

Hi Vladimir,
Thanks for the great plugin and the great work with managewp.

A question for you:
Is it possible to generate a thumbnail for a single YouTube video on home and arhives that once clicked on, will auto-play the Youtube video on the same page (i.e. not go to single post)?

The intent here is not to have to load the Youtube video, until the user explicitly clicks on the thumbnail.
