Thumbnail on post-page

Hello Caroline,

thanks so lot for this wonderful theme! It’s really fantastic!
I’ve got a question about the demo-page.
On the page of posts, there is the the picture from the home page as a big version above the title (e.g. the first post about delicious fruits). Is there any setting to do this also on my website?
There is just the Title of the post and the text below, but the picture is not shown on this page.
