Hello, our featured posts are no longer showing/loading thumbnails. We work with the Choices them by kriesi. Does any know how we can fix this? We’ve tried emptying cache and resetting permissions, nothing seems to work.

Have you asked the developers of the theme?

Or tried deactivating all plugins to see if any are causing this?

I have been to their forum and looked at the posts,they go round and round in circles. They say to put the image in slideshow, but then your post will have a big image on top of your post. you take it off and it doesn’t appear in thumbnails. Their Choices theme demo clearly show that it is possible…

We don’t have access to commercial themes so really have no way to know how they work or to help with problems –

So hopefully the developer will respond to your request.
