Thumbnail not available issue

    Hi,

    I’ve been using this excellent plugin on my site to show the insta feeds.
    Unfortunately, I face this issue “Thumbnail not available” again and again. When I encounter this, I go to Settings > Tools > Clear the cache and the issue fixes. But after some days it comes back and I need to apply the fix again. It’s been happening again and again.

    Please provide me a permanent solution.

    Hi @faisal95bd, thank you for using Spotlight.

    We’ve seen this happen from time to time for a number of reasons, but it shouldn’t keep repeating itself, that’s for sure.

    Have you also tried reconnecting your Instagram account at any point? That usually helps to clear up any hidden issues.

    If you have, we may need to investigate deeper. Firstly, can you please share the access token expiry date? You can find it in the Accounts list. Click on the IG account in question and then “View access token”. You’ll need to enter your WP admin password to view the access token and its expiry date.

    Thanks for the reply.

    The access token expiry date seems okay.

    I’ve reconnected my IG account and will see if that fixes my issue.
