So if you see my website, http://www.tripoclan.com/

you can see the thumbnail image is blurred because it’s picking the image size of 60×40.

If you scroll down the homepage, you will see a few cities name like Agra, Dharamshala, and those have thumbnail images very accurately.

I tried a lot of changes to do in network-posts-extended.php file but no luck. Can you help me to what changes I should do in the thumbnail image size to make it work accurately?

Yes, correct @johnzenausa, when I click on the buttons to add image size or regenerate thumbnails, it happens nothing. No box appeared!

On the ticket system on my website I have attached an updated version. Can you please install it and make sure it works? I want to do that before releasing the update. It works on my server.

@raizaduran Is it possible to send me the wp log files so I may see what’s going on. I need the error_log files in the root and wp-admin directories.

Thanks for the update @johnzenausa. This time the buttons are clickable and it allows me to create an alias, but when I click create after putting the required size, it does nothing as usual. No new alias is getting created.

But interestingly now it allows me to use diff pre-defined sizes, i.e. large and medium.

This is the shortcode I’m using to show what is currently visible on my site now.

    [netsposts include_blog="2" column="3" column_width="360" titles_only="false" thumbnail="true" auto_excerpt="true" excerpt_length="30" paginate="true" list="6" include_link_title="true" size="large"]

I can surely send you error_log files and you already have my site admin access so you can check it there as well.

I’ll send you the required files on the ticket raised on your website. Hope that should work for you.

I’ll look into to it. Please give me a few days. Plus are you using WordPress.com server or your own installation.
