Question regarding Photonic's handling of thumbnails: How do I change hover states?

Specifically, the 'natural' state of a thumbnail seems to be something less 100% opacity, which gives them a grey, low contrast look on my site (which has a black background). Rolling over the thumbnail makes them display at full (proper) opacity. How can I change this default behaviour? I want the plugins to appear at full opacity in their natural state. I would then prefer to show the hover state with a change in border color. Is this possible? I couldn't find the settings within any of the Photonic panels to do this. Thanks.

You can add a few lines of CSS to a file that you have control over. See the code here: http://wordpress.org/support/topic/random-order-from-any-of-the-networks?replies=7

Consider making it a config option - like the number of images to view...
Alternatively, I encourage you to reverse the defaults you have in place. We want to see the images, the hover is a special state to confirm the mouseover event.

Certainly the editing you suggest is workable.
