# Thumbnail Galleries Not Loading

 * Hello,
 * I’ve just added a few NextGen Thumbnail Galleries to various pages on my website.
   However, the galleries are taking a long time to load before timing out before
   the gallery has fully loaded. The images are each around 250KB in size. Do you
   know why this is happening?
 * I’m hosted with GoDaddy, and I only have a handful of standard plugins installed
   so I doubt that these are interfering with the loading times.

 * Hello Mihai,
 * Thanks for getting back to me. I’ve increased the PHP Server to 7.3, and all 
   the other essential requirements have been met. However unfortunately the images
   still aren’t loading correctly.
 * Do you have any other ideas?
