# Thumbnail editing

 * Hi,
 * Does anyone have a fix for this? I am trying to crop my thumbnails. Each time
   I select the area I want to crop I get this message:
 * “Could not load the preview image. Please reload the page and try again.”
 * Any ideas how I can solve this?

   very confused.
