# Thumbnail Display Error

 * When we load our website in various web browsers (including mobile), the text
   in the WordPress Popular Posts displays properly but the thumbnails do not. Instead,
   a dot appears where the post thumbnail should be display:

 * From the looks of it there seems to be a conflict with at least one of the other
   plugins you have installed on your website.
 * First, let’s address the issue with thumbnails not loading sometimes: [My popular posts thumbnails are not loading. Why is that?](https://github.com/cabrerahector/wordpress-popular-posts/wiki/5.-FAQ#my-popular-posts-thumbnails-are-not-loading-why-is-that)
 * Once you have fixed that please let me know and we’ll address the dot issue.
