    In given link page I have two galleries, on top is Masonry Image Gallery and in the bottom there is Single Thumbnail Gallery, Lightbox is working properly in Single Thumbnail Gallery but not working properly in Masonry Image Gallery (top side).

    Problem with the lightbox is that when I click on image overlay area, it is opening the lightbox and then it redirects to the image path, I am using wordpress 5.4.2 and php 7.1.33

    The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @zectorinc,

    Sorry for the delay.

    Would you please check your page as the gallery doesn’t appear to be enabled at the moment.

    With regard to the Masonry image thumbnail links it sounds like the default action for clicking on thumbnails in this gallery might be to open the full size image rather than the lightbox. Please check your Gallery settings and ensure that the lightbox is set to “FooBox”.

    Let me know how you get on.

    I enabled Gallery now, please check the page
    I have already set Lightbox to FOOBOX
    Problem is something else please check in page

    Hi @zectorinc,

    Thank you. That’s very interesting as I can see FooBox trying to load but then the raw image is shown rather than the lightbox.

    I’m going to ask our front end development team to take a look at this for you.

    @steveush – are you able to review this and let us know why FooBox is failing to display the images in the gallery?

    Hi @zectorinc,

    The issue is being caused by a script in your themes https://zectorinc.com/wp-content/themes/startit/assets/js/modules.min.js?ver=5.4.2 file. The specific script is the below:

    function x() {
    	qodef.body.hasClass("qodef-smooth-page-transitions") && (a(window).bind("pageshow", function(b) {
    		b.originalEvent.persisted && a(".qodef-wrapper-inner").fadeIn(0)
    	}),
    	a("a").click(function(b) {
    		var c = a(this);
    		1 == b.which && void 0 === c.data("rel") && void 0 === c.attr("rel") && c.attr("href").indexOf(window.location.host) >= 0 && (void 0 === c.attr("target") || "_self" === c.attr("target")) && c.attr("href").split("#")[0] !== window.location.href.split("#")[0] && (b.preventDefault(),
    		a(".qodef-wrapper-inner").fadeOut(1e3, function() {
    			window.location = c.attr("href")
    		}))
    	}))
    }

    Looking through the code is a little hard as it is minified at the moment but going by the class names this seems to be something to do with your theme attempting to perform smooth page transitions when the gallery thumbnails are clicked. Essentially your theme is binding to the click event of any a links in your page that have a url pointing to your domain. When any of these links are clicked a fade out transition occurs and then the url is changed.

    This is not something we can fix from our side, you will need to either disable the smooth page transitions option in your theme or contact the theme developer regarding this issue.

    Thanks

    @steveush thank you so much for your kind attention to my site,
    I have been struggling with this task for about a month.
    I got set for this in my theme option named “Smooth Page Transitions“,
    I turned it off and the gallery is working superbly now.
    Thankyou @steveush, Thankyou @phillcoxon, Thankyou FooGallery.
