It sounds like ezTOC 2.x is not compatible with Thrive Architects, at this time. Unfortunately I am not able to test against Thrive Architects because it is a premium/commercial plugin which I do not have access to or budget to purchase.
My recommendation is to deactivate and delete 2.0 and install 1.7.1. Here’s the download link to the prior version.

That is correct, 1.7.1 works and it is in Fact Thrive Architect that is causing the incompatibility.
