# Thrive Theme Bug!!! Please help me!

 * I’m using the Thrive theme; I’m having problems using the “Thrive Visual Editor”
   plugin to create the home page.
    The home page is fully up-to-date, and changes
   to the previous one, but changes are made to both browsers, and two different
   computers display image errors, showing new presentation errors. I’ve been shooting
   videos for people to see and help me, including the list of plugins I’m using.
   I’m not allowed to post links, so I leave the following video youtube you can
   paste in and watch “watch? V = rk6yzrjdoY0 & feature = youtu.be”.
 * Bug very annoying, I look forward to the help of the community.

 * Since you’re using a commercial theme and plugin we recommend you go to their
   official support channel so you can get support from the people who know it best.

 * Forum volunteers are not given access to commercial products so they would not
   know about the theme functionality or configuration. The vendors are the best
   resource for support of commercial products.
