 * Is it possible to have three levels of categories, each with their own base pages?
   For example: WP Knowledge Base Theme – Theme Overview – Plugins.

 * Only top level categories will have their base page (if they have any subcategories).
 * If you know PHP, then you can tweak the `category.php` and make a child theme
   to get what you need.
