    First problem:
I had installed Facebook for Woocommerce and Pixel Your Site and yesterday I deleted the first app to watch how it would work in my website. Today I realized a message:

“El identificador externo del servidor no coincide con el identificador externo del píxel
Envías el parámetro “external_ID” para el evento InitiateCheckout desde tu servidor, pero no envías el parámetro “external_ID” para este evento desde el píxel. Si envías el parámetro “external_ID” para un evento desde tu servidor, también debes enviarlo desde el píxel para que el evento sea válido.
Esto puede generar problemas en la atribución y la optimización de la entrega de las campañas publicitarias.”

So I activated again the plugin to see if it works, if it’s not: what could it be?

    Second problem:

In Pixel your site some events are showing repeatedly:

one of the warnings shows something about cartflows (I don’t know if they crash or not) ant the other shows is from the Pixel your site pixel. How can I solve this?

    Third problem:

I have my events low, and I don’t know if it’s related to all the data I allowed in Facebook and in the app Pixel Your Site. How is the correct configuration of the pixel and API? Here I show you how I have them:

    My events:

    Configuration in Facebook:

    Configuration in Pixel your site:

Please if you can help me with these.

    Hello,

    1. We currently don’t send external ID, so that message doesn’t make much sense if the events are configured only with our plugin. Maybe it’s a false positive, or maybe you have events configured in multiple ways, not just our plugin.

    2. If you use our plugin you don’t need to configure anything else related to CAPi events, just add the required token in the dedicated field.

After checking your site I can confirm that you have various the pixels installed multiple times.

My strong advice: remove all the other installations of the pixel, and clear all your caches.
