I was redirected to here from customer assistance because they could not help with They informed me that my website was not, in fact, hosted by but instead Google Clouds. I’ve also contacted Google Clouds assistance to see if they are of any help to my problems.

Problem 1: Every browser that I have cannot access my website ( and receives the error, ‘This site can’t be reached’ or the ‘404. That’s an error’. I also cannot access the admin page (same errors). Occassionally, the website functions on Mozilla Firefox, but I do not want infrequent functionality, and I definitely want it to work on all browers.

Attempted Solutions: I’ve tried the basic solutions such as clearing your cache and reactivating/redownloading plug-ins, but so far, none of that has worked.

Problem 2: I am confused with and Having never created a account, I have only been using to edit my website. Have I been only using as a editting tool instead of a hosting source (I thought I was hosting the website through Should I continue using to edit my website or or something entirely different? I can still occasionally access the admin page for my website on Mozilla Firefox.

Do you have any suggestions as to what I can do for Problem 1 and Problem 2?

    Your site is site.

So, you are on a correct support forum.

Your site opens fine for me.

That said, what’s specifically is the issue.

You have a DNS issue. Your domain points to two different places. You need to remove the incorrect IP address.

How do I remove the incorrect IP address, but more importantly, which one is the incorrect IP address?

Contact Bluehost support and ask them if they’re hosting your site. You’d modify the DNS through your Bluehost control panel, because they host your domain’s DNS.
