  • The plugin does not work properly when you upload an image, it gets stuck, I try to contact the seller several times and after several days he replied saying that the plugin only works with other plugins that are based on AJAX. But he does not indicate that on his page. And he did not want to give me back my money!

    It seems you have never purchased a product online.

    Your answer is false COMPLETELY I have proof of what I say IT WAS NOT PRICE FLUCTUATION I have screenshots that I’m going to send to WordPress, where you show on your webpage and Woocommerce page the price of $ 14 and you charged $ 18. AND YOU HAD NOT ANSWERED ME ANY EMAIL OR ANYTHING ON YOUR WEBSITE!!!

    There seems to be an issue with the communication channels. @xootixsupport Can you provide your private contact method for this user to try? We know that emailing is not going to work. How about Live Chat? You also seem to have a dozen of empty links on your Support page which can be confusing to your users: https://www.xootix.com/support/

    Payment disputes aren’t for these forums, but you still have legitimate feedback here that outlines problems with your communication methods.

    Thank you for weighing in here.
    I remain online on the website for most of the time, otherwise users can send an offline message & we usually reply within a day.
    As mentioned above, @mberajas can contact on the website for further help or reply back to the previous email.

    CORRECTION: I found the seller’s response in the spam folder. For which I apologize for the previously written. Even so I am not satisfied with his answer, since he does not offer me any solution, he only recognizes an issue with his plugin. I am going to try to solve that issue and if it is not possible, I will demand from the seller the full refund. On the other hand, there was an inconsistency between the marked price and what he charged and the seller knows that, since he already corrected that issue on his website after the message I sent claiming the difference.

    It was a follow up email to your query asking for more details regarding the issue. Its a third party issue.
    You expect us to provide you a fix without even knowing the details?

    Wocoommerce doesn’t have a file upload option by default. You’ve installed a third party plugin & so it is having a conflict with ajax part.

    You need to learn how to be polite & respectful while asking for the support.
    Regarding the pricing issue, its forbidden to discuss here & you keep on mentioning the same thing on multiple support tickets.
    Wordpress is not going to help you regarding the premium version.
