I’ve been trying to figure out where to leave a review for this and I think I’m in the right place. I’m using the +More Stripe add-on + Stripe Connect.
We were having a lot of issues with this plugin at first and I had a lot of back and forth with I assume Naomi, the creator of the plugin. It took some time and a paid session and finally she was able to help me get it to work which is great! But then when we had more questions about the plugin our emails were completely ignored. The good support that I had come to expect was just nonexistent.
Let me just say that I am a very forgiving person. I gave them days to answer me, and then weeks. I sent another email. I responded to the old email. I waited another month and then sent a new email through the website in case it wasn’t going through. I am not impatient but we are trying to start a business and I’m not sure if my questions got annoying or if they expected me to pay, but I never received any replies. I even said in one of the emails that I would pay for a session if the creator would be willing to discuss the terms but I never received a reply (I didn’t go through the payment form on the website because I was requesting something very specific and I wasn’t going to pay for something non-refundable when I didn’t even know if it was something they would be willing to do).
It’s been months since then and I am finally leaving this review because I find that very unprofessional behavior. I understand that these people have lives but I am paying a monthly fee for this plugin and I at least expect to be answered even if there isn’t
a lot they can do for me. It’s really disappointing, to say the least.
