hello @skandha the theme in question is GeneratePress and yes bug is active, the website icon disappear when this plugin is activated and reappear when plugin is deactivated.

I checked for the issue at my end but the site icon is showing up even with plugin active. This may be due to some other plugin.
Can you try deactivating all your plugins except Catch Scroll Progress Bar and check if the site icon shows up?
