    Yes, there was a browser related upload issue that was fixed in version 1.2.1.

    As mentioned in the upload page:
    There is always possible to use FTP as a way of upload if the in-browser upload fails.

    I am sorry it did not work right-away. But sometimes it is hard to test all browsers on all platforms to ensure everything works.
