    Dear support,
this is a great plugin and I would like to use it as an entrepreneur. I working to get our website GDPR compliant. Wondering whether this plugin is currently GDPR compliant?

The EU GDPR Data Protection Act came into force in May and I ask you in this regard:
    1. what information of my website visitors do you (your plugin) store for what reason,
    2. where, on the server’s country, are my clients’ personal data (EU, USA or …) stored,
    3. will the data be transferred to a third country, if so, which ones, and
    4. when do you delete this data?
    5. does this plugin utilize any cookies that affect the users of my site, and if so, can you send a detailed list of these?

    Thank’s your help

    Hi Marko,
    here again..
I have read the linked privacy notice, but it is not clear to me. I have a few quick questions:

1.) The W3 EDGE privacy policy describes the types of personally identifiable information that W3 EDGE collects from visitors (or registrans) who go to the http://www.w3-edge.com website.
But I don’t see any information on the types of personally identifiable information that W3 Total Cache plugin collects from people who visit websites that use free W3 Total Cache plugin for caching.

To prepare for GDPR, I need to know what personally identifiable information W3 EDGE collects from the visitors to MY WEBSITE, which uses free W3 Total Cache plugin. Could you please provide that information?

    2. I need to be able to refer my website visitors to the W3 EDGE privacy policy. But as I said earlier, your privacy policy seems to apply only to visitors to the W3 EDGE website, NOT TO ME WEBSITE. Do you have a privacy policy specifically designed for the visitors who want to know what sort of information W3 Total Cache plugin is collecting from them when they go to my W3 Total Cache cached website?

    3. Do you have EU-US Privacy Shield certification? If not, what is your GDPR-compliant legal basis for transferring personally identifiable information from the EU to the U.S. or Third-Party?

Thanks for any clarification you can provide.
