This plugin is crazy

    Wasted 2 days trying to figure out how to make it work and:

    1. This plugin will not generate link to your file unless its latin alphabet “download post name” and latin alphabet “file name” – otherwise it will simply send email that leads to your “expiry page”

    2. “From email” and “From name” is a standard “wordpress” – no option to change it. So you either insert piece of code into your functions.php or use another plugin

    3. You have to find slider.php or whatever option you want to use and amend this file directly if you want to change the wording of all messages – no options for that in dashboard panel

    4. But the worst part is – once you have it all setup – it will send email with a link to your file – you click on it and guess what – the doc file will be weird html copy of your website 😀 I have never seen coding like that. If you serve doc/docx file this file will have name and extension as your “download file” but the file that you will actually download is a doc version of your html home page WTF 😀

    Long from now, to make this plugin works.

    Thank you for your comments. We will surely check those issues. You may have notices that this plugin have already 500+ active installs and we didn’t find any issue such the above you mentioned. Also, if you created a support ticket, we would definitely help you asap.

    But still I am sending these to our dev team, and hopefully they will figure it out. Though it will be impossible if the issue is your site specific.

    In this circumstances, if you please give us a chance to check the issue in your site (any sandbox site will do, where you are having those issues), that would be really great.
