    This plugin is one the only thermal receipt for free.(minus hardware cost of course)

    I was having a problem but the issue was not this plugin.
    So it turns out my hosting company lied to me and further testing I did proved that is was sever side problem. If you have a problem like I did check with your server/hosting company.

    This plugin used to function properly but as of late nothing works.

    I have 2 separate servers I have tried this on with different setups neither work. It is not your server. It is not your POS. It is the plugin that is broken. Their support is unhelpful and their printers are unreliable. If they update the plugin to work or fix the problem I will consider revising this review.

    I’m having trouble getting printers. For me the plugin works fine. What alternatives do you propose?

    What version of wordpress and woocommerce? Im on the lastest versions of both and its not working for me on clean install.

    If you want printers then id talk to starmicronics official site. They have forum you can fill out to get hardware if thats what you are after.

    My starmicronics support rep has at least shown its not a hardware issue. Cloudprnt on my hardware works via demo site but

    my clients want wordpress and starmicronics support wont talk to me unill the 28th. My restaurant client is going to miss out on thanksgiving if I cant resolve this.

    Ill edit this post if I find anymore adequate replacements.

    I have the latest versions of both too, we use our delivery, dine-in and takeaway module with woocommerce.

    So on My linode.com I created another test site and it worked perfectly. I guess the problem was on my end or to be accurate my hosting company.

    IONOS.com lied over tech support that this was not a server side issue.
    So none of my problems were a fault of the plugin itself so I will be changing my review and moving my client to better hosting company.

    btw a great place to get printers is amazon. I got mine there and that hardware has given me no problems.

    It’s more expensive in amazon.
