Hello, I used to have it in my websites but replaced it with wp-spamshield a while ago. Has wp-spamfield be maintained ? Is there an updated version ?

You guys haven’t supported/maintained WP-SpamFree in years, and there are serious security vulnerabilities now. It was likely removed for the security vulnerabilities.
Probably should check out this post.
People tried to get in touch with you last summer about the security vulnerabilities so you could fix them.
Users have been upgrading to WP-SpamShield, since it is actively maintained.
