Hi @mllapan,
Are you sure?!
I just checked the plugin and it’s working as expected. Could you please make sure you’ve right settings selected? Kindly follow my screenshot –

I have a Ferrari (Premium, Cars, Good cars).
I have Ninja Turtles (Premium, Movies, Full Movies, Adventure).
Ninja Turtles are not related to Ferrari, and this is what your plugin does, just because they are both in Premium category.
Check how Contextual Related Posts work and copy that.
Otherwise, front end looks good.
So, yeah, I am sure.
Hi, thanks for your response.
If the premium isn’t related, then why do you make them available in each group!
You made them related and asking why they’re related! I’m confused.
Also, letting you know that we have an option where you can set related posts by force. You don’t have to think about any logic.
Just Edit a specific post, and you’ll find an option in the sidebar.

If you’re setting related posts by force, then please make sure you’ve set the default behavior disabled.

Hey, @azizulraju.
Some plugins, for example, Paid Membership Pro are easier configured when we use a few categories for all posts.
For example Free, Vip, and Premium categories.
Maybe a good approach would be to make some categories ignored.
If I have the option to ignore “Premium”, it would make more sense.
If someone has a parent category Technology, with children Software and Hardware, in Hardware there is category Motherboards, and in Software there is a category Android.
Your plugin will show Android posts as related to Motherboard posts.
I hope you got it, you need to think a way of working this up.
I am not a coder, but related type plugins are not easy to make, you need to consider so many ifs in a query.
