I’ve not looked at the code yet but the plugin page here https://wordpress.org/plugins/birds-custom-login/ and https://wordpress.org/plugins/bobs-custom-login/ are just about a spot on match.

I’ll diff the code later. If it’s just a copy then it will be reported to the plugins team. Forks are cool but right out copies are not.
