This plugin imported a 250 page HTML site into WordPress

    I was given a 250 page HTML that was built using Dreamweaver templates and told it needed to go into WordPress. This plugin came to my attention as I devised a plan to escape copy-and-paste hell. I used the Screaming Frog web scraper to build my Excel file so each page had a row consisting columns that included slug, page-title, and page-content. Then I used the Excel Importer plugin to create a WordPress page based off the information in each row of the Excel file. It worked like a charm and I didn’t even need to buy the Pro Version (I know this matters to some of you).

    thank you for your review – yes, we actually allow html for post_content and post_excerpt in the free version of the plugin.
