    @syur,

    I’m sorry to learn about your issue.

    We have installed the plugin on the latest WP version without any problems.

    Sometimes, there are either themes or plugin conflicts.

    Just get in your hosting account via ftp, rename the plugin’s folder and you will be able to get in your WP admin.

    I am here to help in case you would like us to investigate what’s causing the conflict.

    We look forward to hearing from you.

    Hello!

    You wrote: “Just get in your hosting account via ftp, rename the plugin’s folder and you will be able to get in your WP admin”.

    Of course, I did all this, and I did it several times. For to know exactly what the problem is causing this particular plugin. And only after that I wrote a review.

    Of course, you are right that the matter may be in the incompatibility of this plugin and theme WP. But you do not think that I will change the theme (which suits me completely) of the site because of the plugin not work as me need? Maybe the developers of the plugin need to think why it is “not friendly” with some themes and fix it? Maybe they need to make the plugin more versatile?

    Thanks for the reply, and excuse me for my bad English.

    @syur,

    Thank you for your reply.

    Of course, you don’t need to change your theme, we’re not asking for that. What we would like to do is find out what’s causing the conflict. It could be either a theme or a plugin. That’s it.

    Once we’ve found what’s causing the conflict we may implement some tweaks for your custom WP installation.

    As for this

    But you do not think that I will change the theme (which suits me completely) of the site because of the plugin not work as me need? Maybe the developers of the plugin need to think why it is “not friendly” with some themes and fix it? Maybe they need to make the plugin more versatile?

    Of course, that’s exactly what I mean on my first reply. We will try to find a solution for your WordPress installation.

    Would you like to open a ticket here https://pluginsarea.com/support/submit-a-ticket-on-users-ultra-pro-2/?

    That way we may take a closer look at your issue.

    We look forward to hearing from you.
