This plugin failed to load properly

Hi,
RankMath fails to load properly and causes an error through the entire site once being activated. WordPress also emails me saying that WordPress caught an error with one of my plugins, Rank Math SEO.

The following message is displayed when I enter the site using WP recovery mode:
