    Is the plugin activated? What version of WordPress and which theme are you running? Could you please provide a link to an example page or at least a screenshot?

    It looks like that’s a featured image (post thumbnail). If that’s indeed so, you can try enabling featured image support in the settings.

    However, there is a wide variety of techniques that themes use to display featured images, many of them non-standard. In these cases, you have to directly customize the templates of your theme.

    As a first step, I suggest you enable Display credit for featured images. in the Media settings. Also, you might try inserting images into you posts via the WordPress editor – there the credits should work even when they don’t for featured images.

    If that does not work and you don’t know PHP at all, I would suggest you hire someone to customize that theme for you. As it is not freely available, there is not much I can do to help you with this problem.
