 * Hi, I am using the Divi theme for my website: [https://www.elegantthemes.com/gallery/divi/](https://www.elegantthemes.com/gallery/divi/)
 * And when reading your guide: [https://noorsplugin.com/stripe-checkout-plugin-for-wordpress/](https://noorsplugin.com/stripe-checkout-plugin-for-wordpress/)
 * I got stuck at the step where I’m supposed to add a checkout shortcode. The guide
   says: “Add the following shortcode to a post/page to create a one-time payment
   button.”
 * And I have no idea how to do this in my Divi theme, because it has its own special
   page builder that I used to build my entire website. I’d like to make the buttons
   in my “service packages” section on my website link to Stripe checkout. Could
   you give me advice on how to do this? Is it even possible? Thank you for your
   help,
 * Jan

 * [@luciusgodmode](https://wordpress.org/support/users/luciusgodmode/), There is
   a shortcode block in the default WordPress editor. You need to add this block
   to the page and insert the shortcode into it. If Divi offers a similar feature
   you should still be able to use it.

 * [@naa986](https://wordpress.org/support/users/naa986/) I figured out how to paste
   the shortcode into my Divi theme, but I have 2 issues. 1. The button is not working
   and 2. The button is ugly :/
 * Could you please help me make it work and also is there a way to change how the
   button looks? I placed the button right below my “Our Facebook Ad Services” section
   here: [https://magiclampmarketing.com](https://magiclampmarketing.com)

 * [@luciusgodmode](https://wordpress.org/support/users/luciusgodmode/), Your return
   URL does not have any http or https in it. It’s just a plain HTML button that
   inherits the styling from your theme.

 * [@naa986](https://wordpress.org/support/users/naa986/) I fixed the URL and the
   button is now working, thank you. However, I tried pasting it at different positions
   on my website and its looks are not changing. Is there anything I can do about
   that, or is that just an issue of the theme that I am using?

 * Hi there
    I have the exact same problem. The connection is working but I get
   a tiny, ugly, not edible button. (I used the code module to put it on the page).
   What am I doing wrong here? Thanks in advance, Alma

 * Hi and thanks for taking a look.
    You’ll see the tiny, white button on the left
   in 3rd row.

 * [@almajohanns](https://wordpress.org/support/users/almajohanns/) I got a notification
   about your replies in my thread and I have some advice for you. This free plugin
   doesn’t seem to work very well with Divi because you will never be able to edit
   how the payment button looks, it will always be this ugly. For that reason, I
   recommend you use the “Stripe Payments for WordPress – WP Simple Pay” plugin
   instead. Here’s a link to a guide how to install it in Divi:

 * Hope this helps!

 * Thank you Lucius, so nice of you to take the time to help.
    I’ll try that. 😊

 * I have just released an update to support this feature. You can now use the “
   button_image” parameter in the shortcode. For example,
 *     ```
       [wp_stripe_checkout_v3 price="price_UY9NozbEy7T3PUlk" button_image="https://example.com/wp-content/uploads/pay-now-button.png"]
       ```
