 * how can I undo everything this plugin has done, just optimize the database and
   clean the cache nothing else, and most of the images stopped working, and avada
   doesn’t work anymore

   from WP-Optimize > Cache also disable Minify from WP-Optimize > Minify and check
   if your sit works back again?
