This plugin broke WordPress' ability to create thumbnails

I installed this plugin and used it to regenerate some thumbnails. Unfortunately it didn’t work properly (deleted all sizes and left only original) so I uninstalled it. Now WordPress won’t generate different sizes of images. When I upload an image, all I get is the original size. I need to fix this ASAP. It’s holding up my development of my current website.
Another clue is that I can no longer edit images through the Media manager. When I go to an image I didn’t use this plugin on, it shows the image fine, but when I click on the “edit” button, the images shows up with the broken image icon.
