This plugin broke my "insert media" button!

I never used this plugin. When I activated it, I stopped being able to use the “insert media” button on the wordpress visual editor. The dialog came up allowing me to upload and select images, and then would not insert them into a page or post. How inconvenient. I will definitely not be using this plugin. Perhaps the paid version is better, but I wouldn’t put my money on it. WordPress version 3.5.1.
